High Interactivity and Standard Interactivity are Types of User interface.
High Interactivity is available for employee Applications supporting highly interactive enterprise users and requires internet explorer 5 or more.
 Standard Interactivity is available for customer Application and behaves like traditional web applications, requiring frequent page refreshes.

Siebel CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) provides voice-channel support for call center agents using Siebel Business Applications.

Every Button created have a specific functionality associated with it, a task that is performed just on a click. We can create and place a button either on the applet header or we can provide the same functionality option in Menu Items.

What is Binocular Search? As soon as we login into the application, we can see a binocular symbol           (indicating “Search”) as shown below.

This Binocular Search is used for performing search using required Find Object based on various Fields. For Example:- Select the option from the Look In PickList where we want to perform the search.
