Symptom or Error Message
The Transaction Processor Siebel Remote server tasks may fail under certain conditions which will cause a backlog in the transactions being written out to the SIEBEL_ROOT\DOCKING\TXNPROC directory.
Symptoms of a Transaction Processor failure are that the Task State field reports that the task has Exited; usually an additional error appears in the Status field on the Server Tasks view, such as:
Task State: Exited
Status: TXP-00011: Error: Unable to start APIs
